Information Systems Coordinator  (Full Time)
Location: Lincoln, NE

The Information Systems Coordinator provides detailed systems software support to internal and external customers. Daily solve questions and problems with Fiserv, lending and other application software. Responsible for coordinating enterprise software releases and assisting with technical projects, implementations, and software initiatives as requested. Provides training on new, or modifications to, software. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Information Technology Manager or COO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Solve daily questions and problems regarding Fiserv applications and other application software.
  • Support the internal and/or external customers on technical activities.
  • Technical Support on bank computers as required.
  • Complete system software modifications upon request.
  • Assist with technical projects & software initiatives.
  • Implementing new software; includes upgrades on the PC and server level.
  • Provide technical support and direction to the Fiserv (ITI) software and other related software along with problem resolution. 
  • Complete technical and operational projects as assigned
  • Assist system administrators with projects & tasks.
  • Testing of software after upgrades and modifications are made.
  • Training on new software or changes in the software.
  • Maintain knowledge of the software and hardware as changes are made.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend education training and seminars as needed.
  • Perform tasks and education from other departments as requested.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the CIO and ISO.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to solve complex problems and find quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Work with clients from all divisions on technical and business issues. 
  • The ability to overcome pressures and deadlines that must be met daily. 
  • Ability to be self-sufficient in completing projects in an accurate and timely fashion.  
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Advanced Fiserv (ITI) experience is required.  
  • PC and server knowledge is preferred. 
  • Mainframe experience preferred
  • Valid drivers’ license is required to travel from branch to branch.
