+ Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of 3 years Human Services experience required.
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
+ Key Responsibilities
Implement standardized orientation process with new hires: gift bags, training calendar, parking, getting gas in company vehicles, emergency drills, etc.
Maintain central training calendar information for scheduling purposes for Meaningful Day Services and communicate with Supervisors for scheduling.
Recognize training and support needs and communicate to Supervisors with recommendations.
Provide periodic support information on trainings (Mandt, NADSP, CQL etc.) for communications out to staff (Code of Ethics, Mandt Principles, POMs, etc.)
Monitor and train proper techniques for MITC.
Performs training and orientation duties for the Meaningful Day Services Department including:
Effective Documentation and Therap Training
Therap Editing and Submission of Adult Services Billing
Mandt Training
Recognizing and Managing Incidents and Abuse

Hours of work
Full time, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Overtime expectations
Overtime is not required but is regularly available and much appreciated. Any employee can request extra hours, regardless of seniority

Travel Requirements
Positons working with the adult community require you to have a relatively clean driving record as transporting individuals may be required. We have Benedictine vehicles to use for transportation purposes, use of your own vehicle is not required. If authorized to use your own vehicle for work related purposes, Benedictine pays $0.67/mile for reimbursement.
On-call responsibilities
