The pay for this position is$65,000.00-$80,000.00/annually

Full time only, 8am-4pm with some after hours/weekend work as needed during emergencies.
Located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland; An easy 35-40 minute commute from Dover, DE, Bridgeville, DE, and Trappe, MD, and roughly 45 minutes from the Bay Bridge.

+ Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR required with hands on experience in recruitment and leave management
Two years in a supervisory role; having accountability for HR professional or administrative staff highly preferred.
Must have demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting programs.
Must have strong internal consulting and coaching skills.
Any certifications necessary for the job will be paid for and coordinated through Benedictine.
+ Key Responsibilities
Consistently report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire scheduled work period/shift.
Serve as primary point of contact for all leave requests (FMLA and leave of absence, other than routine vacation and sick leave). Administer the leave process.
Oversee the recruitment function, including management of recruiter(s), to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, all pre-hire vetting requirements, onboarding, and new hire file management.
Consult with department managers to understand ongoing program staffing needs, future projections, and initiatives to build the workforce.
Create, update and revise position descriptions as needed. Review pay range for positions and update/adjust as needed based on market data.
Use an applicant tracking system and other software to measure, track, and report the status and success of recruiting initiatives to include search progress, candidate pipeline, diversity, and recruiting channel effectiveness.
Oversee the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring smooth transition and a high-level experience for the new employee and hiring manager.
