FT Days Monday-Friday 40/Wk 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary:

The Receptionist/Operator is responsible for answering telephones, greeting patients, preparing necessary paperwork, scheduling appointments, and other clerical duties as required. You must have the ability to promote positive customer service.

Successful Candidate:

• Possess great communication skills
• Be accurate and detail oriented
• Show consideration for and maintain good relations with others
• Be self-motivated
• High school graduate or GED required
• Have minimum one-year experience in customer service setting, preferably in a health care setting with experience with office equipment
