This is a FT position M-F with rotating weekends/holidays/on call

Position Summary:

The LPN/Medical Record Specialist implements systems to ensure organized and timely retrieval of medical records. You complete accurate and timely submission of records and data in accordance with current state, federal, and local regulations and organizational guidelines. As an LPN, you plan and deliver care to terminally ill patients, effectively interacting with patients, families, care providers while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency.

Requirements:

• The ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Be detail oriented and possess good problem solving skills
• Be customer-oriented and have the ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
• Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS, driver's license and automobile insurance required
• 1-2 years office experience required, prior work in healthcare setting preferred
