Position Summary

The IS Help Desk Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure, hardware, equipment, and end-user peripherals and associated software at Newman Regional Health.  This position performs performance, installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all IS equipment and peripherals. 

 Essential Functions/ Job Duties 

• Serve as first contact for users seeing technical assistance delivering quality customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Record, track, and document the Service Desk request problem-solving process through to final resolution 
• Maintain and develop computer management solutions using NRH tools
• Collaborate with other members of the Help Desk to analyze and respond to technical problems and participate in cross-training sessions

Skills and Abilities

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree required with Field of Study in Information Technology

 The work week is Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
