FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR  (Full Time)
Department: Food and Beverage

STARTING WAGE $ 25.00 PER HOUR

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall operation of customer service for restaurant facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Responsible in assisting the FOH Manager in hiring, promoting, scheduling, training and recommending for training, testing, counseling, disciplining, and/or recommending for termination.

Manages and creates seating charts.

Supervises all ordering, receiving, labeling, and storage of food products and dry goods with approval of FOH Manager as needed for daily operations.

Maintain quality and portion control.

Demonstrate performance of all job functions in the front house.

Performs other general office and accounting duties as directed by the Food & Beverage Director.

Abides by Casinos confidentiality policies.

Assure daily compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and laws.

Assure compliance with personnel and department policies and procedures.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Some college and/or equivalent combination of education and experience..

TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Six months to one year related supervisory experience and/or bartending experience preferred. Experience with front house responsibilities preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Computer skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Certificates and licenses

Sanitation/Serve Safe certification preferred.

- CA Food Handlers Certificate (within 60 days of employment)

- Alcohol Awareness Certificate (within 60 days of employment)
