We are currently seeking a Register Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Employee Health Specialist to join our Main Campus in Newton. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing essential nursing services in a busy practice while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your duties will include:

 

  • Promoting health and safety to all employees by facilitating the Employee Health program
  • Supporting the infection control program
  • Disease detection, prevention and treatment
  • Follow-up on employees illnesses and injuries
  • conducting employee health screenings
  • Workers comp case consultation
  • Promoting a safe work environment

This is a full-time day position: Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
Salaried
Reports to Director of Human Resources

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience

  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • Three years' experience working in healthcare
  • Experience of employee health preferred

Licensure, registration and certification:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
  • BLS
