Registered Nurse (Lunch Relief)  (Part Time)

We are looking for a highly professional/self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who is comfortable relieving multiple RNs for their lunch breaks while maintaining excellent care for all patients. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where all medical personnel work together for the good of the patient. 

This position will provide support to your teammates/coworkers all while giving compassionate care to those who suffer from illness. NMC Health is in need of a Registered Nurse (RN) who is highly motivated and uses established practices, processes and appropriate standard of care to help assist their teammates in ensuring they receive an uninterrupted break. This RN would provide direct patient care for patients on the medical and surgical units. The RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patients care, delegation and coordination of nursing care and utilization of the nursing process as part of an interdisciplinary team.   

This is a part-time day shift position on the Medical/Surgical Unit 11am-3pm Mon-Fri. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience:

• ADN/BSN degree from ACEN or CCNE school of nursing
• Must have one-year of acute-care hospital experience in either Med/Surg or ED/ICU

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Active Nursing license
• BLS
• ACLS-preferred
