We are currently seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for our Sterile Processing Department. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between Surgical Services and the Sterile Processing Departmentwhile supervising all activities related to decontamination, packaging, sterilization, quality assurance and quality improvement in compliance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and adherence to best practices for following all regulatory, federal, and state recommended processes and guidelines will be used on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in hospital setting with knowledge of surgical instrumentation

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Detail Oriented

Licensure, registration or certification

• Sterile processing certification preferred
