WACOSA, a non-profit provider of services to adults with disabilities in the St. Cloud and Waite Park area, is seeking a Team Leader! We have Full-Time opportunity available in our Whitney Senior Center program, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:00pm with no weekends or holidays.

Job Duties
Schedule all activities and assignments of team members.
Supervise all assigned members of the team, including all appropriate HR responsibilities.
Have a working knowledge of all Direct Support Professional (DSP) duties.
Communicate information to team members in a timely and appropriate manner.
Take responsibility for staff morale by modeling professional behavior, attitude and communication.
Support and coordinate efforts with client manager as it relates to staff training, programming, systematic training, behavior management, and contract related activity.
Support and coordinate efforts with all team leaders to assure success and smooth operation of the overall program.

Qualifications

High School Diploma; and 2-4 years’ experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Vocational setting experience preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain valid CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid MN Driver’s License and insurable driving record; driving is required for this position
Must be willing to submit to a Health Card Physical, Motor Vehicle Check, Criminal Background Check, and Drug Screen (post offer).
