Position Overview

As aClinical Therapist, you will carry afull clinical caseload, conductintake assessments,develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals with various mental health disorders. You will collaborate with medical professionals and ensure comprehensive, ethical, and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductintake assessments,establishdiagnoses, and developpersonalized treatment plans.
• Provideindividual therapy usingevidence-based techniques aligned with DSM-5 and best practices.
• Maintainaccurate electronic medical recordsand adhere to ethical treatment guidelines.
• Coordinateintegrated carewith psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other medical professionals.
• Stay informed oncurrent clinical practices and therapeutic interventions.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in a mental health-related field
• Licensure:LPC, LMSW, LLP, or LP (Preferred)
• Experience:Minimum of 1 year in mental health counseling (Preferred)
• Skills:Strong clinical assessment abilities, treatment planning experience, and rapport-building skills
