What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate tests across multiple locations
- Work with outside physician offices, hospitals, and testing centers
- Prepare charts and documents for patient referrals
- Collect and post payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances
- Ensure all demographic and insurance information is accurate
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience is a must
- Medical office or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a busy environment
- Compassionate and respectful communication style
