Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the internal and external operations of our Women & Children’s Health programs in a brand new, fully remodeled facility! This role plays a key part in improving clinical outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and fostering strategic partnerships with Covenant HealthCare, MyMichigan Health, and other community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve Pediatric and OB/GYN clinic workflows, provider relations, and patient care.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, community agencies, and regional partners to enhance women's and children’s health.
- Manage all quality improvement projects, clinical policies, and protocols to drive better health outcomes.
- Lead administrative oversight of the Women & Children’s Health Center, including managing finances, provider schedules, patient experience, and clinic performance.
- Develop and evaluate clinical staff, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and corporate values.
- Utilize data-driven management practices to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of five years of clinical leadership experience (ambulatory setting preferred).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to fostering a positive patient experience and supporting community health.
