Manufacturing Driver-Dock Associate - 1st Shift - (1100-A)  (Full Time)

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Driver / Dock Associate will safely and independently deliver and pick up parts at various facilities, as well as assist in handling the receiving dock duties. Previous driving and dock experience for a manufacturing company is required.

 

Essential Functions

·         Safely deliver and pick up parts at various supplier facilities.

·         Load and unload trucks.

·         Deliver parts to appropriate business units.

·         Frequent use of forklift and pallet jack.

·         Create pallets for suppliers and shipments.

·         Act as backup to the receiving specialist when necessary by oiling and washing parts, as well as maintaining organization of receiving area and dock.

·         Other activities, duties or responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

Experience and Education

·         Previous manufacturing driving and dock experience is required.

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation

$35000 - $50000 / year

 

Compensation is paid hourly and may be adjusted based on level of experience, overtime and shift.
