Mountain Springs Line Cook (Full Time, Swing Shifts) Position: Mountain Springs Line Cook Department: Food & Beverage Wage: 18.00/hr. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to prepare various food items per recipes and maintain clean and safe procedures and work areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required. 2. Work Experience: a. General knowledge of preparations of various food items, required. b. Minimum 1 years experience as a cook in a professional food establishment. 3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a. Excellent communication (verbal) skills. b. Able to read, understand, and execute recipes correctly. c. Be highly organized and able to create and monitor work tasks with a group. 4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: a. Possess a valid food handlers certification or be able to obtain one upon hire. 5. Be at least 18 years of age. 6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License. |
