Kitchen Steward PT (Part Time) POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of janitorial duties such as running dish machine, cleaning floors, cleaning work stations, and general cleaning and sanitation of kitchen. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Wash all dishes and cookware. Clean floors and walls. Remove trash from kitchen in a timely manner Assist in all aspects of cleaning and sanitation as instructed by Sous Chef and department Leadership. Perform other duties as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: a. Have or obtain within 30 days of hire, certifications in Food Handlers, Title 4, and Alcohol Awareness. 2. Be at least 18 years of age. 3. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License. |
