Uniform Attendant PT  (Part Time)

POSITION SUMMARY. Position provides uniform support to Team Members by ensuring appropriate inventory of uniforms are available and ready to issue, monitors and tracks uniform returns, prepares uniform orders, reconciles billings related to direct-buy and rental uniforms, and prepares necessary reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Issue uniforms and collect uniform returns while maintaining accurate, up-to-date uniform inventory records.

Issue, monitor, tracker locker assignments and returns.

Prepare uniform orders (direct buy and rental) and reconcile vendor invoices for payment.

Develop appropriate par levels by uniform type and size to meet business demands within budget requirements.

Coordinate uniform rotation to/from laundry services.

Inspect uniforms (incoming, returns, laundry in/out) for defects, damage, stains and route for repair, return, and/or disposal with appropriate tracking forms.

Prepare reports (inventory, utilization, purchases, etc.) on a monthly, annual, or as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: HS Diploma, Required.

2. Work Experience

a. 1+ years experience in clerical role including ordering, vendor and customer relationships, report-writing, required.

b. Previous experience with inventory management, preferred.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

a. Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

b. Able to reconcile vendor billings to internal records and resolve variances to prepare invoice for payment.

c. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).

d. Strong organizational skills to effectively monitor stock, orders, returns and maintain accurate records to prepare time-sensitive reports.

e. Fluency in Spanish, preferred.

4. Must be at least 18 years of age.

5. Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

7. Able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

8. Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

Shift will typically be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9-5
