Key Responsibilities:
Attract, develop, and retain the best talent
Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation to get customers in and out quickly while ensuring quality standards
Engage and motivate the service team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes
Monitor and control the service department's performance using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys
Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive service management experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Team-oriented and hands-on leadership style
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficient, both with DMS and Microsoft Office programs
