Class A drivers with 3 months verifiable OTR (can not be with trainer but can be with team or solo) run primarily east of I-35. Drivers will average 2500-3000 miles per week and starting pay is based on your experience and your safety record. So drivers that have 3 years of experience and no accidents in those three years will start at .60CPM ($1500-$1800/WK) with full benefits.  

Equipment:  Average age of the truck is 3-4 years

·        Trucks are KW T680s

·        No cameras in the trucks

·        Will accept drivers with auto restrictions’.

·        Pull reefer trailers.

·        All trucks APU, Inverters, can be taken home by driver

·        Riders from day one – must be at least 10 years old.

No-Touch Freight and Pay:

·        Freight is 99.9% no touch and 70% drop n hook which for reefer is as good as you will get.

·        If drivers show for work on time for work 22 out of 28 days of the month, they are guaranteed a $1000/WK pay. This includes if a truck breaks down, the weather stops traffic or for any reasonable issue outside of the drivers control.

·        Starting pay is based on experience and safety with drivers with 3 months of experience starting at .40CPM increasing to .45CPM at 6 months, .50CPM at one year and up to starting pay of $.65CPM

·        Drivers will average 2500-3000+ miles per week – so even a 3-month driver will make $55-$62,000/1^st Yr while a driver with five years’ experience will make $1625-$1900/WK ($83-$100K/1^st Yr)

Qualifications: To be part of our team, ensure you meet the following criteria:

• 90 days Class A verifiable OTR experience (team or solo) in the last 12. So if you have 4 years of experience but none in the last year you will not qualify
• You must have at least ONE driving job in the last 12 months UNLESS you were taking care of a family member, staying at home parent, incarcerated, retired or in school.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year UNLESS one of the jobs is 3 months or longer.
• Can not have been termed from last job due to an accident.
• Can only have ONE DUI in a lifetime and it MUST be older than 3 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years – open container is considered a moving violation.
• No DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last 6 months and may not have more than one in the last 12 months.
• No reckless driving in the last 5 years and no texting while driving (while holding a CDL – if before having a CDL does not count) in the last five years. If you have a CDL and get texting while driving in personal vehicle that counts and can not happen in the last five years
• May not have any manslaughter, murder convictions in a lifetime and may not have any Grand Theft Auto convictions in a lifetime. All other felonies and misdemeanors are reviewable.
• ALL DRUG TESTS ARE URINE – NO HAIR TESTING
• CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG OR ALOCHOL TEST AT ANYPOINT IN YOUR LIFE
