Finance Support Specialist (Full Time)
Department: Front Office
PAY: $18 per hour
Full Time: 10 am-7 pm Schedule will include both weekend days with scheduled days off of Wednesday and Thursday.

Finance Support Specialist
As a member of the Finance Retail team, you are an essential part of the team and a part of the exceptional customer experience. You are responsible for connecting with the customer via phone and in front office by establishing rapport and learning their needs to maintain the superior customer experience. You are part of the retail area that fosters a team environment. You take initiative, have strong assessment skills, critical thinking skills, phone, and spreadsheet skills. You are adaptable to the ebbs and flows of the day-to-day business.
Finance Support Specialist Summary
A Finance Support Specialist is responsible for answering customer inquiries & taking customer payments over the phone. This position enjoys problem solving and explaining financing policies to customers to enhance their understanding of their invoices and accounts. You will update spreadsheet entries for tracking, make outbound calls, and take inbound calls.
